Full Circle Doula Services
As a full circle doula, I have been trained and am available to support you during your pregnancy, at your birth, and up to 40 days after the birth of your baby. As your doula, I will be there to physically and emotionally support you and your partner during your pregnancy and ensure that your voice is heard during labor and delivery.

Herbal Remedies and Supplements
I began my herbalism journey back in 2010 when I decided to "go natural." As I began to be more aware of what I was putting onto my hair and scalp, I also became more conscious of what I put in my body. Because of this, I began to study and take courses that forced me to HealThy Self.
I have created teas, tonics, tinctures, and yoni steams that promote holistic care for myself, my family, and others.
