Educational Consultation

Service Description

Any parent who is interested in tutoring services or who is interested in learning how to best assist their child must complete a pre-consultation survey. This survey will provide the tutor with insight about the child(ren) and their needs. Upon completing the survey, the consultation will be scheduled. Consultations are approximately 30 minutes to one (1) hour in length and will be used to assess student needs. To help students progress and grow, the tutor will need to know the student’s academic level, materials/concepts that are being covered in class, and strengths. Any information provided during the consultation will be used solely to help the student grow and progress academically. Parents will also be provided with strategies, tips, and feedback that can be immediately implemented to improve academic success and achievement based on information obtained.
